This was developed to track the required activities for a new employee. A base task content type was used as a parent for numerous other tasks. When the main for is submitted a workflow generates the required tasks and send the notification. All communication verbiage was parameterized in a list and referenced by the workflow.
This solution was created in SharePoint 2010 using InfoPath for the form and SharePoint Designer for workflows.
This application is all out of the box SharePoint functionality with Microsoft Word functionality as well. A custom content type was used for the Metadata and then a Word Document template was added to the content type. The template uses Quick Parts to populate the SharePoint Metadata.
For this solution a single document is routed through a multi step workflow. Nintex Workflows were used.
This solution was created to allow employee’s to request a new credit card as well as to request an increase in their current account spending limits. Each functionality has it’s own form and workflow and was developed in a shared site.
Nintex Forms were used and each form had it’s own Nintex Workflows.
